What are the different kinds of privileged communications?
Coming to the privileged communications one thing that is important to keep in mind is that there will be no third person or a third party involved or neither the first person nor the second person who are the topic bearers cannot reveal the same to the third person.
Privileged communications might differ from country to country, they are not the same for all regions and some are acceptable and some are don’t. That completely depends on the location where we reside in.
To answer your question directly, I have picked up a few examples to give you an insight into different kinds of privileged communications. A discussion between a doctor and a patient is the best and most practical example to be taken into consideration where the doctor abides by the medical ethics and he/she is not supposed to reveal his/her patient’s case either in-person/online/other means of communication.
The same is applied to the attorney and the client, when coming into the relationship, the basic moral value of humans is to stop talking about the third person in his/her absence. A husband and wife relationship is also the best example where it is considered privileged communication.
But, due to the introduction of various technologies, this privileged communication has become the most discussed topic. Through various online resources and devices available these days, the privacy of one person has become the most discussed news to the other person. To prevent this, we cannot avoid using modern technology as it has its advantages, instead what we can be able to do is opt for a secured VoIP connection that provides a call recording, and call backup list and also secures our private information in whatever way possible.
